Samsonite Gear Wheels
The Samsonite Gear Wheels were highly modified round Lego plates
with holes in the studs and large teeth around the edge. These gear wheels
were only released in Samsonite sets, They would accept a regular brick on their
reverse sides and could be attached to other structures using standard Lego wheels/wheel
bricks or 4 x 4 turntables. Note that they are different from, and not compatable with,
the later Lego gear wheels. |
