Angled Rounded Beams

A rounded beam is a highly modified Lego brick with no studs, rounded ends and connector holes. Unlike the standard Lego brick or Technic beam, the rounded beam has an aspect ratio of 1; its height and width are both 1 stud pitch, therefore the beam is a perfect square in cross section. The angled rounded beams may also include a cross hole at one or both ends. The straight and angled rounded beams comprise a second generation of the Technic beam and are slowly replacing the square beams in Technic construction.
