Gear Blocks
The gear blocks, released only in set 872, were designed to
gear down the 4.5 or 12 volt Technic motors in a compact space. One gear block
was shaped the same as the motor and allowed in-plane transmission. The other,
a rectangular shape, attached to the motor with an adaptor block and allowed a
90 degree change in transmission direction. | |||||||||
